[酒莊簡介]
Laroche 9.96公頃的 Vaudevey 葡萄園(總面積35.66公頃)，座落在 Kimmeridgian 東南向的陡坡上，受惠於白天及下午的陽光照射，免於強烈陽光曝曬，使這裡的 Chardonnay葡萄得以緩慢的成熟，產生足夠細緻的風味！
在釀造過程中，大部份是在大型不鏽鋼桶中進行發酵及熟成，保留了原始的水果風味，而為了添加細緻的木桶氣息，有約12%是在小型橡木桶中進行發酵與熟成，這些工作都需要足夠的釀酒經驗才能做出最好的調配！
而2006 年的氣候，炎熱的七月讓人替需要精細風味的 Chardonnay 捏了把冷汗！好在接著的八月帶來了涼爽的微風，使Chardonnay可以產生足夠的酸度！而接著的九月晴空，也使葡萄可以完美的成熟！
