經過了漫長的冬季, 相信最近大家已經感覺到...夏天真的要來了呦!!

這次幫大家挑選了一款粉紅氣泡酒,兩款不同風格與甜度的微甜白酒, 當然, 還是有兩款紅酒滿足喜愛紅酒的朋友的味蕾~ 希望伴隨大家一起迎接夏天的來到!!

1. Chile, Concha y Toro, Trio Cabernet Sauvignon 2008 特惠價:nt490 (市價nt630)

產區: Maipo Valley, Alc.: 14%, 品種: 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Cabernet Franc, 15% Shiraz

Decanter雜誌智利卡本內蘇維濃大賞五顆星推薦酒款 ! 智利第一大酒廠Concha y Toro以Bordeaux blend為藍本的佳作之一：以Cabernet Sauvignon深紅色、黑色漿果的口感為基底，揉合 Shiraz特有的香料氣息，Cabernet Franc則是貢獻了更多圓潤的單寧。雖然目前天氣逐漸轉熱，這款酒仍提供喜愛飽滿酒體、豐富口感的朋友一個不錯的餐酒選擇~

Wine Advocate =90+, 建議適飲期2009-2018:

The 2008 Trio Red Blend from Maipo is primarily Cabernet Sauvignon with some Shiraz and Cabernet Franc. It is less exuberant aromatically but it still shows a fine perfume of cigar box, spice notes, herbs, black cherry, and blueberry. Firm on the palate with complex flavors, it will continue to improve in the bottle and offer prime drinking through 2018. The Trio wines must be tasted to be believed.

2. France, Medoc, Château D’Escurac 2005 特惠價: nt780 (市價nt980)

產區: Médoc, Alc. : 14%, 品種: 50% Cabernet-Sauvignon , 50% Merlot

D’Escurac 的歷史可溯及數百年前，但由於之前的莊主作風過於嚴謹保守，這個酒莊並沒有在1855的分級中列入 Grand Cru，但當時已公認D’Escurac有五級酒莊的水準！D’Escurac 一直被視為是Cru Bourgeois(中級酒莊)中的佼佼者，更在1999年第15屆中級酒莊大賽中拿下第一名的殊榮！它的酒以 Cabernet Sauvignon為主體，每年依葡萄採收狀況調合適當比例的 Merlot，發酵完成的酒在法國橡木桶陳年12-15個月，每年更換1/3全新橡木桶。有著深紅寶石酒色，紅色如覆盆子、新鮮野莓的果香，中等的單寧和酒體，屬於清新派的波爾多風格。在涼爽的夏夜裡，不自覺就會喝完一整瓶喔~

Robert Parker’s 89pts, 建議適飲期2008-2018:

One of the finest cru bourgeois in the Medoc, this impeccably made 2005 exhibits notions of black olives, black currants, spice box, and cedar in its complex, classically styled bouquet. Medium-bodied with excellent purity, richness, and power, sweet tannin, beautiful fruit, and admirable depth, this is a sleeper of the vintage. Drink it over the next decade.

3. Italy, Gancia Premium Pinot di Pinot Rosé, 特惠價 : nt550 (市價nt750)

產區 :義大利, Alc. 11.5%, 品種 : Pinot noir & Pinot blanc

Gancia酒莊來自義大利Piemonte皮耶蒙特區的Asti阿斯堤市，以釀造氣泡酒起家也是當地的第一家，酒莊既然位於Asti區，最大的特點就是他的Asti氣泡酒，他們也種植法國的Pinot與Chardonnay，並且以傳統香檳法製作了非常優質的氣泡酒。

這款氣泡酒有著纖細持久的氣泡、伴隨淡粉紅色澤，相當的優雅迷人！明亮澄清的粉紅色來自短暫輕柔地壓榨葡葡且局部浸皮發酵，汁液並於二次發酵前於大型木桶中採用低溫(10℃)發酵。香氣表現上有著清新的紅色櫻桃及馥郁的玫塊花香、清爽及適中的酸度，非常適合當做餐前酒、或搭配海鮮料理、清爽醬汁類料理享用！

4. Germany, Robert Weil Rheingau Riesling Kabinett 2008, 特惠價 : nt880 (市價 nt1200)

產區 : Rheingau萊茵高產區, Alc. 8.5:%, 品種 : 100% Riesling

Robert Weil是德國Rheingau區的知名酒莊，屬於最頂級的五串葡萄莊園，也是R. Parker所列世界最偉大酒莊之一。Rheingau的Riesling比Mosel來的有力，卻又不像Alsace或奧地利般厚重，可以說是介於兩者之間，也因此讓它成為甜/不甜型Riesling的交會區域。這款Kabinett酒色呈現淺稻草黃微帶點綠，有著豐富的柑橘、鳳梨、百香果、蜂蜜、荔枝的香氣與礦石味，清新的酸度與入口微甜的口感，夏天來一杯暑氣全消!

Wine Advocate =88, 建議適飲期20010-2018:

The Weil 2008 Riesling Kabinett smells of musk melon, pear, and honeysuckle; makes a sweet yet refreshing, delicate yet subtly creamy impression on the palate; and finishes with fine persistence. While it’s a bit simple and lacking – for now at least – in a mineral dimension, it should remain lovely for at least 6-8 years. This year saw the elimination of generic Spatlese from the Weil line-up, but this Kabinett will remain a regular feature, in keeping with the regional VDP’s determination that even if the Pfalz and Rheinhessen VDP’s eliminate Kabinett, in the Rheingau, as the original home of the concept Cabinet wine (forget that this concept was very different!) it will remain.

出自義大利名廠Ceretto，有著Moscato麝香葡萄奔放的蜂蜜與荔枝香氣，足夠而自然的的酸度和甜度均衡得恰到好處，讓您的味蕾不容易疲憊，加上微微的氣泡感，整支酒非常耐喝有活力，非常適合一般聚會小酌，餐前開胃，或是搭配甜點都是很棒的選擇！
